Brussell sprout and quinoa salad.
I made this last night for today…
* brussell sprouts
* onion
* TJ frozen bell peppers
* garlic
* 1/2 c of cooked quinoa
* spicy mrs dash
* 1T of balsamic vinegar
Brussell sprouts, onion, peppers and garlic all cooked with organic olive oil spray. Quinoa cooked in a rice cooker.
Let’s just say…I’m making this again!! So good

I’m so tired…blahhh. Kettle bell Bootcamp killed me today because I was so sore from yesterday’s TRX class. Anyway when I got home I made spaghetti squash. So efffing good. This time I didn’t screw it up. I should have taken photos but ill take some next time.
I’m seriously nervous about tomorrow. I’m getting my measurements done and I hope I made some changes from when I started this new gym. I can really see it in my arms but hopefully there’s sone coming off my waist.

So old school to write my workouts. I love looking back to see how much I worked out. It makes me feel good. Every week I schedule my week of workouts in pencil and when I accomplish it I highlight it.
What helps you be on track with your workouts?
I’m trying to find an egg alternative. They kinda freak me out…ha ha ha!

This cleanse isn’t so bad. I’ve been going to the bathroom so much. There’s so much liquid swishing around…ha ha ha! Anyway, I edited the plan for juice 3. I drank half then full the rest with water and sipped on it for awhile. It was really tart and it also made the juice last longer. It made it taste awesome.
Tonight I’m doing TRX and Pilates. Not sure if it’s a good idea while on a cleanse but I’m sure I have a lot of stored up calories from the weekend.
I also did the math and the total for all the juices are under 900c. About 200 short from my daily intake.
